I think a really low amp 120VAC electrical massage does wonders to exorcize the brain and CNS. Just don't over do it
A guy at work last week was fixing a homeowners DIY electrical project, and trust me, this was really bad!
Anyway, he touches this external mounted wire molding and get's a pretty good jolt. Goes in the box and drops the breaker. Opens up the raceway (molding) and they are using a bare wire for neutral in a metallic raceway and no ground.
Asked him how he felt after the poke? Said he felt great!, just didn't know if his number was being called at the moment
