We have a pond approx 70ft x 30ft approx 6-8ft deep... pond was dug late 60's and we had it dredged about a year ago... Bottom is sand, gravel and muck. This year with all the rain and snow melt the water is orange... almost a bright orange... as I have very very rusty ground/well water and I'm sure the rusty ground water is leaching into the pond, I was wondering if Aluminum sulfate would help remove the suspended iron and other particals. I have changed out the aerator to a course bubble to increase water movement and drawn down the water level. Any thoughts?

Thanks
