Yes but you'll need more than a one watt pump for your system. Typically with these types of pumps the watts are similar to the lpm. I.e. 20 watts pumps 20 lpm of air.

I used an 80 lpm pump last summer to aerate my fish tank, run the moving bed filter in a drum, and also aerate the raft tank that had the plants.


My present ras in the basement uses 60 lpm.


See this is why the site is so great. You were able to save me the time and aggravation by buying a pump that is to small. I will try to find a 60 lpm for the air.

Looking at circulation pumps that pump 2600 liters per hour. Going with two of them and a bunch of 2" piping I think.
