I have been approved to spend $16,000 to stock fish, buy fish food and/or lime the lake with a PH of 6.3 .
Can you go back to the HOA to discuss the money allocation? If you educate them, would they be willing to spend money in other ways for improvement of the fishing if you showed them that spending that much on new fish wasn't necessary?
