It does . Unless we get one of those 20-30 year record colds like we had 4 years ago. I am hoping the artesian well at 72 degrees will keep that corner of the pond as a refuge... The other fish are even a bit more sensitive so I am hoping for the best. I know they are resident fish in the interacoastal and river year round. They find warm pockets and deep holes during the very short freezes we get. ....
