When I fish with the SS pellets, if I see the line twitch, I set the hook. No waiting at all.
I have thrown SS on a nothing but a hook and regualr pellets even and same thing happens all the time. They come up and flash at it and swim away?? Whats up with that? I can then throw out a handful of AM 600 and they go nuts eating it. I throw back in there and all I get is a quick flash and no bite?

Yep, you need a fly rod... Maybe we need to get Stacy and Mrs.G to give SS fly fishing lessons...
Something.... dang it. Oh and you can forget catching them with a bobber. We caught some that way this last spring but now they won't even go near that. They know better now. Fricken fish are to smart for their own good!
