FNC, I have a great resource for some good quality artificial turf. If used, I would seal and paint first, then glue down the turf (and no seams). If done correctly would it still hold moisture promoting the wood rot? The flipside may be less weather elements directly on the finished plywood with a good turf on it?

My biggest concern is safety from getting slippery.
