There may be enough people coming that I'd charge enough to cover expenses and have it catered and get a large tent + tables/chairs. There's a local mom & pop grocery store that does catering. They want slightly less than $10/head for a pretty extensive spread.
That would leave more time for BS'ing.
Still trying to figure out all the details! Don't know what time to start it either. 8? 9? 10?
Good idea on the cater gig with the tent facilities and all.
