There are other people involved in the trust, with my landlord as sole trustee. So like he says, as long as nothing happens to him I'm in good shape and I can rent the place as long as I want. But if something does happen to him and your ideas fall on deaf ears, I will be looking for another place to take care of as my own. So I may be moving to VA

One of these days I'll put together a "before and after" but it will also include the work I've done on the house, outbuildings, lawn & grounds, etc. So maybe I can separate the "pond management" portion to post somewhere here if anyone is interested.
