Some of you may have read some of my other posts. I have a 1 acre pond that seems to be bass heavy. It has been unmannaged for a LONG time. I have already started the process of culling out all the small bass. I am probably not being as aggressive as i should but i havent been able to bring myself to cull the 2 pound bass and up. But anything under 14 inches being culled. I havent seen or caught any blue gills in a while. I did catch one HBG yesterday. My neighbor has a pond that is overcrowded with blue gill. Does anyone see a problem with me catching and releasing some of his 6 inch blue gills in my pond as long as i am selective and make sure not to let any Hybrids in. If so how many do you think. I can probably catch a solid 5 gal bucket full in a morning.
