From your goals, I would stock CC.
BC get very large and predatory. They would produce no advantage to you over CC for the goals you are trying to reach. CC are cheaper to buy, will still reach great sizes, 12-15 is reasonable to expect. They would produce fine table fare and easily take to pellets in you choose to feed your fish.
Stick with the CC.
