Well I have been out of touch on this site for a couple years but am now back. Well we finally recd about 6' of rain over the past couple days in Ga. Here is my question. I have a 8' drain and the water is about 5' above the top of the drain so the water is blowing out the other end. Where the water comes out of the 8' PVC it is actually about 6' under water also. Because the outlet is not above the water I am curiouse if this is creating additional pressure on my glued joints since the outlet is also below the water. I know that I need to dig a trech to allow the water to drain lower on the outlet side which would then make the water level below the outlet. But in the meantime do you think i have a problem? Thanks to all.
