Won't plants survive a drought in the bottom of the pond? Kinda go dormant and wait for water? They'd survive at least 6 months that way, wouldn't they? wink I won't point any fingers, but.............. grin

I've had waterfowl walk from the neighbors pond to mine, and I'm 99.9% sure that at least a few Duckweed plants stuck to their feathers. Some showed up in my pond, and they showed up in my pond at the point that was closest to their pond.
