Ted and lassig: I've also seen rubber isolators, which have a bolt )or threaded rod) coming out the bottom, a rubber "puck" for lack of a better term, then a bolt or threaded rod coming out the top. The rods aren't connected, they are secured to each other via the rubber "puck". Page 1368 if the link doesn't work. For some reason the link takes you to page 1360.
