Yes, remove the smaller LMB. As for forage for the LMB, they do the best with forage that is 1/4 to 1/3 their body length, so the BG's need to be managed too if your goal is large LMB.

I'd order the book "Raising Trophy Bass" from the Pond Boss store.

It's difficult to manage for both large BG and large LMB in the same pond.
