Glad I could help you with a solid ID. The anal fin count is a near sure fire way to ID white cats, CC and blue cats.
Have you thought about discontinuing the CC stocking altogether and seeing how your white cats progress without competition from the CC? I'd really like to see you grow a monster white cat. Any signs of the white cats taking pellets?
