I'm sure the place looks immaculate by now and you should be proud of that fine property of yours. It's amazing. Bruce, we've only met a handful of times, so you don't know me very well, but if I can take anything off your plate (maybe learn something in the process) so that you can be around here more, I would love to. And when this shindig goes down, I will pat the patrons down for fireworks.
