No, but as far as flow through, it doesn't take much water movement to stop freezing especially in your local. It does present some problems though with the clarifier. If you could keep it in a shed out of the weather that would make difference. It's amazing what a differce keeping something out of the weather can make. Our ice shanties up here are really nothing more than a tarp and we can keep cozy warm in them especially with a gas lantern.
