Greetings; I'm having problems getting anything to root at a couple locations around my pond, which is resulting in erosion issues. The soil is predominantly clay and I don't live at the location to properly water and tend to new seed. Short of hauling in alot of top-soil, does anybody know of anything that will root prolifically in clay and provide stabilization? I don't even mind planting weeds, I just need something I can plant, leave to nature and hold my soil in place. I need roots. Any suggestions are appreciated.
