I've seen some small pontoon boats - 10' or so. That's be my choice with a small electric motor, but my wants/needs are different than yours.
I would also go with a small Pontoon. You would probably get much more enjoyment out of it. Unless you were into leg muscle development.
B'Skis place, which is beautiful, definite mini pontoon waters. You'll get more use out of it. A few bucks more, but at least it wont be up on the bank waiting for someone to use it.
