Spot on !...T-fish myself for years and I agree with everything you say ! Great tool if used correctly, however they will not tell you what kind of fish, nor how many in a given body of water...just what's below in a narrow cone and subsequent bottom footprint...also, the "footprint" will expand and contract as your water depth changes...again, agree wholeheartedly with you...
