We caught spotted tilapia, peacock bass (my favorite)....
I saw a fishing special a while back in which they were fishing for Peacock Bass, man they looked like a fun fish to catch.
I've read that pound for pound it's one of the best fighting fish out there. Of course, these things get absolutely HUGE in the Amazon. The ones I caught were much smaller obviously.
