I caught this fish along with 8 others in the Western basin of Lake Erie. Terrible weather and miserable fishing for everyone except myself, so I guess it could've been just beginners luck. It was my first charter casting for "eyes". i've killed them trolling, but there's something to pulling a big walleye out of 9' of water that's just amazing.
This one was caught on a 3/4 ounce Chartreuse Erie Dearie w/ nightcrawler trailer. We were fishing light tackle, 4lb. test.
