I use photobucket.com. I think there are others out there, and I'm no expert on which one's are best, but I've had good luck and consistency using photobucket. It's really easy, you have your picture saved into a file on your computer somewhere and you register on photobucket to upload the photo and then it provides you 4 options to paste onto a forum (a few other places to paste too, but I only use the IMG forum paste one). And that's it. If I can do it, you can do it.
