One of the replys to the possible leak problem is to compact the soil with a sheepsfoot roller. I have read that these machines are effective. But, I'm curious on how it could be used in this situation. The slopes look pretty steep and the pond does contain some water. Must it be completely drained, and the embankment slopes worked with the machine ?
