I was 289 at the conference, XXL. Very big frame and a whole lot of meat! (with a nice layer of insulation for the winter)

How much weight have you lost by now? Fat guys are always funnier than skinny folks!

Absolutely no one knows about my incredible strength either! Sometimes I have problems turning down my strength with handshakes.
Thanks for the encouragement JHAP. I am going to train and compete in this race. I apologize ahead of time if I am not too funny for awhile. I figure the results from all the excercise for this event will last a good 2 or 3 years??? Than I will probably get my sense of humor back!
