I'd put CC in all those otherwise useless reflecting pools and set up vending machines for pellets. Fresh catfish dinners for the white house.

If I were President...
I would create a new department called the Federal Laws Affecting Tires department. This would make it illegal to sell or possess any pneumatic tires less than 10.5" in diameter unless used for a competition of speed. I'll grandfather in lawnmower racing for George Jones fans.
Those of you with power washers, tillers, small garden carts, fuel caddies, etc. can thank me later.

Then again, you really don't need a president for this project.
Alls you need is 'Ole Mudcat Joe. Granted, he only stocks bullheads, and whenever he does, you can find him hiding behind some tree, just giggling, after he does the deed.

City boys for sure as they waste time catching Micropterus salrubberoides. Obviously, they don't realize they taste like discarded small tires! IMHO CC are still a good choice to go ahead and stock in the pool. IIRC an old thread provided that Micropterus salrubberoides eat very little and don't take up much capacity of the pool.
