caught these guys and two big crawdads in the minnow trap. Are they FH or CNBG? It they are FH, can I have to many? I put in 6 lbs. back in January.
brand new, never before used 1/4 acre pond.

That is a FH, here is a BG fry for comparison. Your FHs will start to dissappear with the introduction of predators, they just are not as predator savy as sunfish. When BG see a predator they often "freeze" and go motionless, FH's on the other hand "run" when the see a predator. Now what happens when something runs from a cat or a dog? The chase is on. That is why most your FHs will dissappear within a year or two of the introduction of LMB, you shouldn't worry about having to many of them.
