Jeff in case you don't know , Sunil likes to brag about being one of the first to get each PB issue. \:\) He is a very good sport and never breaks the rule which prohibits talking (posting) about current PB articles until most of us get out copy. Not all get theirs first as it often take 6 mths to get to Rad and a while to get to Calif. You know they are both in foreign countries. It just depends on what your mailman is doing. If he/she is fishing or reading your PB first , then it may take a while.

That poor lady will be old, dead, and long in her grave before that picture runs it's course.

Got my new PBMag today, right on schedule 2 days after Sunil. It's a good looking issue, especially if you don't mind Lusk in makeup.

Got mine today

It's not about the fish. It's about the pond. Take care of the pond and the fish will be fine. PB subscriber since before it was in color.

Checked the box today. It was there! In my haste it ended up the only thing that I pulled from the box. I'll go back this evening and retreive the "second class mail".

That's a great picture, but it needs some perspective. Maybe some quarter in the foreground?

i should have mentioned that the steel tool holding the fish's mouth is actually the lower portion of a linkbelt crane grappler typically used in building demolition

PBoss mag arrived in NW Ohio today Tuesday 7-24-07. It is a good issue. Lusk keeps improving the mag.

No Pond Boss mag here yet either.

You know, in my opinion, Mr. Lusk should be very proud after reading these types of threads each and every time a magazine release nears. I hope that when he reads these types of threads he realizes that it's really not about complaining when the magazine gets here. It's really about a publication that we collectively appreciate and enjoy so much that we eagerly await it's arrival. I subscribe to several magazines and I know that they come either monthly or bimonthly or whatever but for most of them I open the mail box and see the magazine and think to myself "Oh good the In Fisherman magazine is here." That's it, no fan fare, I mean I'm glad the magazine came but if one issue didn't make it I probably wouldn't even notice.

But it's not that way with Pond Boss. First some internet buzz. Then staking out the post office in an unmarked van with darkened windows. This is followed by stocking the mail man - changing vehicles, wearing disguises. And finally donning my Ghillie Suit and watching my mail box. Oh the lengths all of us Pond Meisters will go to to enjoy our favorite magazine.

Or is that just me?

Bigfoot is a myth, it's just JHAP stalking his postman.

At least now we know how JHAP "scares" up his clients.

After their intitial fright, JHAP tells them that this is the way to hide from the IRS.

Maybe the cute postal lady is in that get-up. Can somebody post the picture again?

...thought this might be a good time to share a photo of a much younger JHAP, waiting for the mailman to deliver his copy of Child Highlights.
