I have a couple hours of under water video recorded with my Aqua-vu AV DVR.

This is a short clip with a lot of BG living their lives. The clip is about 2.5 minutes in length and takes about that long to download to your PC if you have a fairly fast Internet connection.

It will be worth your waiting time, especially if you have a liking for the BG (Bruce Condello for sure!).

I just hung the camera of over the side of the boat and left it. All the movement is from wind and waves upon the boat.

I almost fell out of my chair when that pike took down that one bluegill.

Okie Writer - I could add music, what do you suggest?

Sunil - Very observant. I was hoping no one would notice. You know how Bruce gets about his bluegills!

Cool! I didn't see the pike though....

Dwight, the visibility seems good and I'm curious what reading your pond would have with secchi disc.

I am sure glad you posted the 72" reading! You just saved me the cost of an "Aqua-vu AV DVR". I don't think I could achieve 60" with 20 dump trucks of gypsum. The video is too cool! I am with ewest...More More More!

George you are pulling a DD1 on us. You went from post 1000+ to 4. Call Bob or JP and see if they can't change the old ip address to match your new one.

That's fabulous. I want more too.

Did you see at 1:03 of the video that bluegill in the upper right hand corner taking out two food items? \:\) \:\) \:\)

Awesome.

Don't think you have anything to worry about, Bruce seems to be a very forgiving guy. Heck he didn't even mention it in his post above.

It seems to me that it's "Mj" that you really should be concerned about........

Oh and by the way great video Dwight. Played it over and over. Short on plot but great on visual effects. I give it three fins up.

ahvatsa - Our pond has clear water in the winter when the ice is 12” thick or more and then again when the surface water temp hits 70-75 degrees in the summer. Both clear water periods are short lived. The rest of the time it is stained or darker.

I am no expert on the underwater video recording deal, though I have learned 3 important things:

1. You need fairly clear water to see anything of value.
2. If you want underwater video of fish you need to be stationary. When the camera is moving toward them with the trolling motor, they scatter.
3. You need some level of patience to watch all the worthless stuff you have recorded to harvest the good stuff.

Very though!
