Initial test results are in regarding the new 4 nozzle Super Oxygenator Model. They are great!
After 2 days of fish dying from a DO crash, the SHO2 was completed about 5PM yesterday and put into production. This morning there were 3 more LMB floating(obviously, stress-related from Pre-SHO2) and NO fish on the surface sucking for air. I walked the bank 3 times looking for the LMB that were along the shore searching for O2 yesterday........NONE.....ZILCH.
Many thanks to Bruce for his help and technology. Also would like to thank "bugermeister" and "tecman" for your suggestions.
My new pump, which originally was installed to supplement the water level during drought times, is now assisting the SHO2 for making the pond much healthier.
Thanks again!
P.S. My wife says I am acting like a kid that just got a new toy this morning......go figure.

Any pictures BarO? I have been thinking some about emergency aeration and different methods and systems which can be easily moved from pond to pond (wheels) and self contained (non electric).

Wow that's a lot of bubbles Bruce. Is the water pumped from a deep place in the pond, or from a well? If the pond, it serves double duty, just like an aerator. Do your fish get high and try to fly from all that oxygen?

Actually BarO did it, not me. It's just using energy stored in the pressure tank to throw anoxic water hard enough at the pond surface to break it up and agitate it.
I think BarO's system still need tweaked a little bit, that's why I want him to call me.
Actually I'm running a pretty sophisticated flow-meter on my pond right now and the O2 stays at or slightly above saturation at all moments througout the day. This should allow the fish to expend less energy satisfying metabolic needs and putting more energy towards growth.

Bruce,
I made the modifications we discussed but had to shut one nozzle down (using just three now). It worked pretty good sawing the tip off of the brass nozzle. I took about one third of the tip off of two and left the other untouched. The streams seemed about 50% larger and pushed the water further. I put the manifold closer to horizontal and it seems to move the water better (maybe a little less froth though). A little more tweaking may be in order .......the pond looks great and the fish were smiling.
