Theo reassures us: You'll have to excuse Cecil, folks. He was never like this before the alien abduction :p ...would it logically follow that a tinfoil pointy hat design does, indeed, exist? And, more importantly, could this provide a plausible explanation for Cecil's discovery of the DirectTV satellite with mass and light energy rivaling a super nova?  (Cecil...you're gonna want to run your Spybot and Adaware programs. All those vid-clip reviews likely has you loaded with more spyware than an attachment e-mail from Putin).
