Fozzybear, I'm looking to build a portable ice re-surfacing gadget. You had posted pics of yours, but I can't find them. I need to improve the ice on our dugout and would appreciate any help.

Thanks Fozzy. I had no problems viewing the pictures. How's the ice in MI.??
The combination of mild temps and rain, in our area, has had a negative effect. At this point, I'm keeping everyone off the ice for now.

Hasn't been below freezing for about 10 days now. Open water around the edges with about 2" of soft ice in the middle. Talking about a cold spell next week so maybe we can get out there after that. Either way it is going to be a short skating season, if we have one at all.
Its not how well you do something,

Thanks for the help guys. Very good pictures Fozzybear. I still have about three months of good skating. Ice on dugout is 29".

Hey Wood, when you de-ice and it thaws , send it south.
It's not about the fish. It's about the pond. Take care of the pond and the fish will be fine. PB subscriber since before it was in color.
