My new pond is finally being built. I wish I was smart enough to post some pics here but I'm not. It is near Centerville,Tx in a gulley with a constant flowing 60 GPM spring and will be about 1.5 acres with a depth of over 20ft. The foreman said it should be finished next week. Would a 9000 GPH electric submersible pump ($160 on Amazon)with up to 27ft of head allow me to drop it 5-10ft into the pond and water the grass that will be on the dam a few feet above the water level? I would like to use a couple of regular yard type sprinklers. My thought is that pulling water from that depth would help prevent oxygen stratification during hot weather over summers to come.

A free and reliable way to post pictures is to join Imgur, copy your pics there, and then paste the link here.
