After pulling out much of the pondweed from my small pond, I now have this green foam on top of the water. Not thick mats but lots of small bubbles that are green colored. By mid day they have almost covered the small pond. Also, the water surface without foam is "dull" not reflective. I have searched this forum and the net and have not found any answers, so... My questions:
1. What is it? 2. Is it harmful? 3. What do I do about it?
