Have a pond that is starting it's second summer. Starting to get willows and cattails along the edges. What is the best meansof control for this?

Best method? Cut the willows, or pull them up by the roots when small. Cattails...there are several herbicides. Another option is to weedeat the cattails every three or four days until they give up.
Teach a man to grow fish... He can teach to catch fish...

Concerned- I always use Shore-Klear mixed with a surfactant at approx. 1-1.5 % concentration. Works great everytime.
