i purchased this feeder about 3 months ago and it worked just fine during the beginning, but this morning i tested it several times at five seconds and it sounded the same way it did when feed was coming out but no feed at all came out.does anyone have any suggestions of how to fix this problem. Thanks.

yes,i have way to much exp. with there feeders.my guess at this point is your top motor is not running.listen very good next time you start the feeder you should be able to hear the top motor motor kick in,all though sometimes it is hard to tell the difference.you should be able to look at the bottom spinner plate and see it running.the motor at top of unit is very small compared to the bottom unit.i've had to stay after them but they will keep sending parts until you get it running.you will also be a pro by the time you get threw with this project.
