The wife and I love windmills so we found a guy right here in the same town, that buys/sells/erects windmills. We decided to add one to the pond environment.....it will just be for aesthetics. The corona lock-down panic has the project on hold for the moment, but the guy sent me a picture of the windmill tail that he painted after we told him we wanted a Texas flag on the tail. We have a free small water tap into the public lake water pipeline that feeds our pond basically a little bit of water 24/7. The water line that feeds into the pond currently is really close to where the windmill will be placed...so we are thinking we may add 20 feet to the water tap line and move it over to the windmill so it would appear to visitors that the windmill was actually pumping water into the pond.
Fishing has never been about the fish....

Love it!! I really like the idea of making it appear as the windmill is pumping. Pics please once complete.
