Back to Odd Sights topic…….. I caught a BIG cat yesterday morning on a 5wt fly rod – or more accurate I had her on for a few microseconds until she broke my leader – not a catfish but a feline cat……!
The barn cat had been stalking me dragging BG’s to the pond bank and like a bolt of lightening my fish and cat were gone. The hook was in the fish’s mouth and the cat ate the fish, so maybe the hook will dissolve, supposedly as in a fish’s gullet.

George, hope the cat makes it OK. I have very little use for house cats but I like barn cats that shift for themself.
