Bought a house in south bama that has a 1.5+ acre pond with a well established fishery. Bass, bluegill and catfish that I've seen and cought so far. Been fishing my whole life so this is pretty much my dream home and setup. Joined the forum to hopefully meet some other pond owners and get ideas for growing out the bass and making it an even better fishery and possibly even other ideas like docks etc.

Anyway hello all

Welcome to Pond Boss. Good Looking place. And this is the right place to get answers to all your pond questions.

To have bigger LMB they have got to have lots to eat. Lots and lots of BG. You also need to know if you have too many LMB for your size pond. The experts can help you out on what you want to do.

Good Luck to you on your pond.

Nothing like seeing your bobber bobbing.
1 acre pond with LMB BG GSF BH CC and whatever else I can find
Not after trophies I just like catching and eating fish
