Looks like Bob Lusk had some shoulder surgery.

He certainly shoulders a lot around here.

12 oz. curls are known to be proper rehabilitation for shoulder injuries.

At certain times, the patient should move up to 16 oz. curls.

Given how many years he's been fishing, I'm surprised his rotator cuff held out this long! Here's hoping for a fast and full recovery!

Any professional fitness trainer will tell you.....it's all about the reps.

Had rotator cuff repaired last Monday, been mostly under the radar since. Feeling good, started physical therapy Thursday.
On the mend, should be smooth. I'm a compliant patient.

Appreciate all your kind thoughts.
