These small white things are have been popping up everywhere in my pond. Please see attached photo. I think it is eating all the frog eggs that are by the lilly pads. What are these and how do i get rid of them! Leave my frogs alone! Thanks all!

Not to be gross but they look like the worms my dog got when it was a puppy.
