We had some family campout had do some fishing this weekend. This nice crappie was caught in our pond, but it has been a while since we have fished and the battery in the scale was dead, so no weight. There were other crappie and some decent bass caught. It is always fun to see kids fishing and enjoying the outdoors. See Ya John

Outstanding! (That young lady holding the the fish looks like she is about half afraid of it! ) I'm guessing 16 inches+ and 2 pounds+.

As far as I know it is not a hybrid. We do not catch too many small crappie, most of them are keeper size. John
