I'm afraid the weeds in my pond are sucking up all the nutrients giving me almost no algae bloom. The pond is 2.5 acres, what do y'all recommend I do about it? I think I have Eurasian milfoil and musk grass but I'm not 100% sure. I want to fertilize the pond but seems like a bad idea with all those weeds.

Definately musk grass (Chara) and either E.milfoil or coontail. A better closer picture of it in a shallow pan of water so the leaves lay out natural will help with ID. Chara requires different treatment compared to e.milfoil/coontail. Each one of those or both will definitely hold back development or stifle a bloom.

Will grass carp take care of both of those? I have stuff to treat the milfoil, would it be a bad idea to treat the milfoil and introduce grass carp to eat the chara?

Often it takes more than normal numbers of grass carp to control the milfoil and Chara especially when those weeds are abundant. I would start gradual with lower standard numbers per acre plus some chemical control then add more GC as time passes and weeds are still too common. Don't add too many GC because they eat all plants and will make the water turbid in searching bottom for more food and turbid water stifles production of the desired bloom.
