Would common carp live and breed in pond 15x6x1.5m with some catfish planted .would carp eat dried duckweed as supplementary feed.

Common carp would not likely eat dried duckweed because they don't readily eat it when it is wet/damp. Consider using tilapia for the task but first do homework about the topic. Dried duckweed is probably best used as organic fertilizer.
