I drained and limed my 1/4 acre pond, max depth 8’. It was over stocked with green sunfish. I want a pond that will take very little maintenance and grow big sunfish. I’m undecided between red ear sunfish and hybrids. Which will come to food, grow faster, and reproduce less? I’d like to catch over 1lb perch in 2 years

Where you are located, I think CNBG and overpopulated bass in pond.

Every day. If work gets to busy I’ll get another automatic feeder.
