My lake is really taken off last few years since I built it in 2012.

Well took one more step in life in direction I never ever dreamed of. Even got accepted by a publisher, but decided to to go at it on my own and turned them down. Did not add the entire building of my lake it was getting too long, but did add all aspect of the importance of one dealing with wildlife, but going to add it to the link for that chapter.

NEW BOOK RELEASE!!!!!!

Started writing this book a year ago. But took 35 years of blood, sweat, and tears.

WHITETAIL DEER MANAGEMENT & THE WEEKEND HUNTER

Real Life Approach for Whitetail Deer Management as a Small Landowner

Paperback – February 9, 2018

by Allen "horntagger" Morris (Author)

This book covers issues that a small landowner / weekend hunter is going to experience from buying land, poor habitat, education themselves on wildlife management, along with all the different activities like, food plots, mineral sites, management using chainsaw, keeping data, using game cameras, doing population surveys, implementing quality deer management, understanding landowner trapping, dealing with trespassing, and finding antler sheds. This book does not end after each chapter is over or when the book is finished! I have included links to the webpages and video that will continue to educate the landowner and update the landowner as things change and included tons of photos that cannot go into one book.

sounds interesting - I would suggest also posting on the hunting and fishing forums for your announcement - Texasbowhunterforum, Texashuntingforum and 2coolforum - good luck!
