Photos of weeds growing in the pond helps very little to identify them. Get us some better pictures as described how to in this link from the archives.

#1 Looks potentially like Bladderwort, but wouldn't know for sure unless it puts up some nice little yellow flowers later in the season, but the picture doesn't have enough detail to tell for sure (see Bill's link).
#2 I can say with 90% certainty it is Chara.
#3, could be any number of things that others know better than I, but I have it also.

Here's my take on it.

Not having a close up picture of an individual strand against a contrasting background makes ID difficult. With that said,
#1 Eurasian Water Milfoil
#2 Chara
#3 a species of Potamogeton
