Can someone tell me anything about the 50 pound bag of fish food made by Sunshine Mills (Red Bay, Alabama, family owned pet food company for over 50 years?) It goes by the 'label' of TopFloater and is distributed through the TrueValue hardware chain and other retail outlets.
I understand it is made in the USA which is good and since they have the distribution problem down pat via the TrueValue hardware chain we can get free shipping to many hardware stores close to most major cities. No worries about dealers ordering pallets that go bad or borrowing from other dealers or waiting to combine orders etc.
The precious little I can read about it is that it is 'floating' and it is 32% protein and 3% fat. I can't find an actual label to see what source the protein comes from. I'd love to know the mm size of the pellets as well.
Price seems ok at $26 for 50 pounds shipped for free to the local hardware.
Anyone?

It appears to be marketed as a "premium" catfish pellet food. The pic on the bag is a CC. It's likely much the same ingredients as any other 32% protein catfish pellets. Around here, most brands are about $18 a 50 pound bag, plus tax.

It could be very similar to other catfish food. I'm not sure. I'd love to see a label or get a breakdown of the ingredients if anyone else has every come across a bag and can snap a picture of the label?
Most catfish food bags i can get here are about $18-$20 for a 40 pound bag so similar to $26 for a 50 pound bag. Just nice to always have an easy way to get a bag without paying expensive shipping or driving an hour, if it is a reasonably good option.
I'm going to try to email their customer support email as well.
