Hello all! I have been lurking for a couple months now and decided that I will stay for a while. We have 15 acres about 1 hour SW of Knoxville TN. This will be our retirement in about 3 or 4 years. It is rolling wooded land. We had a drive cut and a 1/2 acre pond built last summer. We stocked it with FHM and hybrid Bluegills in March. We are having sediment issues, so we are addressing several points of erosion in our watershed. Most of them were created when the drive was cut and the pond built. The purpose of the pond is to have fishing opportunity and just because it's a cool feature. So I'm not looking for trophy BG or to survive on the catch. Our Pond Structure Terry

It's not about the fish. It's about the pond. Take care of the pond and the fish will be fine. PB subscriber since before it was in color.
